Timekeeping Process (Clocking In and Out)
All employees will receive an ID badge which will have the following information on it: Employee #, Building #, and Instructions on how to use eHub, which are listed below.
1. Open your eHUb app (installation & setup of eHub during orientation)
2. Click on TeamTime
3. Click on Shift Start
4. Select your building from the list or type the building number in the space next to other
If you have any problems clocking in or out, please call your supervisor that day or evening to notify them of the problem and call the office and leave a message with your name, building, the date and time your arrived and or left.
Failure to follow procedures will cause a delay in your work hours being logged in for that current paycheck. You will be compensated on the following paycheck for any hours not properly logged in.
It is imperative that you follow this process. Once trained, we will implement a ‘3 strikes’ policy whereby the first 2 violations will be documented, the 3rd violation will result in termination.
