First of all, if an employee is sick, send them home. Then make sure that employees are washing their hands often, and have them sanitize their work spaces regularly. Phones, door knobs, and all high touch areas should be properly cleaned and sanitized. By taking precautions you can reduce the risk of illness in your facility.
