is a note of appreciation to you to commend the
service performed by eric Palmer and Mike Gallucci
during recent water damage in our home. Their work
was not only outstanding, but very professional and
careing during a very trying time.
The water problem was discovered Sunday evening
12/17/2000 after we returned with our grandchildren
after being gone 24 hours. I called your emergency
number about 7:00 PM and immediately Eric responded
by phone and outlined what was needed and your staff
should come immediately. He and Mike came at 9:00 PM
and worked until 3:00 AM Monday. When they left, all
the water was gone, furniture was up, floor was
clean, and fans and humidifiers were in place. Eric
and Mike visited daily, communicated with me
frequently and coordinated communication between me
and my insurance adjuster and Brian Joyce from
Phoenix construction.
After 24 hours it was obvious that a large shag rug
was not going to dry. Erica and Mike carried it out
and back to your building which was not a small
feat since it was so wet."
Eric and Mike stayed in close contact by phone after
the equipment was removed and they cleaned two
carpets at your business for us and stored them
until we were ready for them. They both came to
clean furniture near the end of the restoration and
Eric came and worked even though he had recently had
knee surgery. Mike brought our large rug back
himself to complete the job for Mark's.
I can only give these two men the highest comments
for professionalism kindness and all around being
'good guys'. Your are very fortunate to have them on
your staff. I feel they speak for your organization
and the values and degree of excellence that is
important to you and your staff as you honor God
with the He has called you to do."
